About Order Hand
Order Hand grew out of a real small-business problem at home. We started Galilee Farm, a business that sells stingless bee honey. My wife handles sales via WhatsApp and in person.
Why we built it
Like many small sellers, we began by recording orders manually in Excel. It worked at first, but it quickly became painful and error-prone. Orders had to be entered over by hand, customer history was harder to follow than it should have been, and running a loyalty program made it worse
We wanted something simple that would make it easy to record sales, keep track of what each customer had bought, who had paid, and which orders still need to be delivered. Plus, we needed to keep track of loyalty rewards without creating extra hassle. We couldn't find anything that fit the bill, so we built it ourselves. That tool became Order Hand.
What Order Hand is about
The goal is not to replace the personal way people already sell. It is to support it with better record-keeping behind the scenes. Order Hand helps turn fast-moving conversations and in-person sales into clear, reliable records, so sellers can spend less time on admin and more time serving customers well.
